Get the roof in writing
A Texcore crew walks the roof, photographs what it finds, and hands you an itemized report with your options.
Our own crews do the work
Insured Texcore employees on every job. No subcontractors, and a five-year labor warranty on the work.
What the Audit Covers
- Membrane surface and seams: punctures, open laps, shrinkage, blisters, and wear patterns.
- Flashings and penetrations: pipes, drains, skylights, HVAC curbs, and every place the roof gets interrupted.
- Drainage: drains, scuppers, gutters, and any ponding that’s telling on them.
- Edge metal, coping, and terminations, where wind damage starts.
- Storm damage: hail strikes and wind lift, documented with dated photos.
- Moisture below the surface. Where the roof calls for it, an infrared scan or core sample tells you whether the insulation is wet, and how far it’s spread.

Why We Call It an Audit
Plenty of roofers offer a free inspection that amounts to ten minutes on a ladder and a sales pitch on the ground. We named ours an audit because it works like one: every section of the roof examined, every finding photographed, and the conclusions written down where you can hold us to them. If the roof is fine, the report says the roof is fine. That’s a real possible outcome, and it costs you nothing to hear it.
What You Get
A photo-documented condition report: what we found, what needs attention now, what can wait, and where the roof sits in its service life. Facility managers use it to defend a budget line. Owners use it to plan capital. If work is warranted, the report comes with an itemized, photo-backed estimate, priced from measurements and scope. If a repair buys the roof years, the report says repair, not replace. That’s the standard across our commercial roofing work in Fort Worth.

When to Get the Roof Inspected
- After hail or high wind. Storm damage hides. A roof can look fine from the parking lot and be opened up at the seams.
- Before you buy or lease a building. The roof is one of the biggest line items on the property. Know its condition before you sign.
- When a stain shows up on a ceiling. By the time water reaches the interior, it’s been in the roof a while.
- At budget season. A current condition report turns a guess into a plan.
- On a schedule. Twice a year, spring and fall, is the cadence most membrane manufacturers expect. A standing maintenance program handles that for you.
Storm Damage and Insurance
When a storm damages your building, our audit documents it: dated photos and a written condition report you can hand to your insurance company. We’ll attend the adjuster’s inspection as your contractor. Texcore isn’t a public adjuster, so we don’t file or negotiate claims. We document the roof, and once you and your insurer have settled the scope, our crews do the work.
